    A cozy stay with friendly staff

    I loved waking up to the good aroma of fresh coffee from the Nespresso machine. The attention from the staff.

    The noise from nearby nightlife lingered until 2 AM, which might be a problem for light sleepers.

    Location near shopping, easy access to transport, fun decor details

    The toilet had remnants from previous guests, totally unacceptable!!! The shower drain barely worked, leaving water everywhere, and the lobby layout is confusingly cramped!!! Consider labeling the areas for better navigation!!!

    Free mini-bar adds a nice touch.

    The reception area is uninviting. I arrived only to find no one at the front desk, and was locked out without any way to get help. The noise from the surrounding area was unbearable. I expected a simple night's rest but ended up disturbed all night due to loud music vibrations.
